Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn items back into their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the delivery note is included to help our team identify your order.

  Choose Your Return Method

  Select your preferred method by either visiting any of our retail stores across Ireland for a free return or using our online portal to generate a postage label.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Post

  Bring your package to your local An Post office or a designated drop-off point, or simply hand it to a staff member at one of our Elverys store locations.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
